Gold exploration activity is intensifying across Western Australia as multiple mining companies launch new field campaigns and identify potential targets. TechGen Metals identified five new Priority 1 gold targets at its Dalgaranga Gold Project using airborne magnetic and radiometric data. These targets, located along the Karbah Shear Zone, include the T3 target which shows coincidence with anomalous arsenic and gold results. The company is seeking heritage approvals to begin drilling. In other regions, Western Yilgarn has initiated soil and rock-chip sampling at its Gascoyne gold project, targeting seven priority locations identified through geophysical datasets. Initial focus is placed on targets GB_02, GB_04, GB_06, and GB_07, with GB_04 spanning approximately 4km along an interpreted shear zone. Concurrently, Dynamic Metals completed a 286-sample soil program at its Widgiemooltha gold project to test a historic 900-metre-long gold anomaly at the Princess Sally prospect. The company noted that historical drilling records in the area include holes that were never assayed for gold. Recent drilling activities have also yielded significant results. Minerals 260 reported high-grade gold intercepts at its Bullabulling gold project, including 1.1 metres at 290 grams per tonne gold at the Bacchus deposit. This drilling supports mine planning for its 6.2-million-ounce mineral resource. Additionally, Nexus Minerals has commenced a 2,000-metre diamond drilling program at its Wallbrook gold project to improve resource classification following a recent resource upgrade to 631,000 ounces.
