The Great Place to Work (GPTW) ‘Best Workplaces in Latin America 2026’ rankings have recognized various companies across the region based on employee perceptions of organizational culture, leadership, and trust. In Brazil, the cooperative financial institution Cresol was named among the best companies in Latin America and secured first place in the agribusiness sector for large companies. Cresol president Cledir Magri noted that the recognition reflects the organization’s efforts regarding support and development for its teams. In Argentina, the midstream specialist Oldelval ranked 27th in the Latin American list and 10th within the Argentinian category for companies with 251 to 1,000 employees. The company attributed these achievements to a management style focused on people, trust, and teamwork. Other regional recognitions include Bolivia’s Itacamba Cemento S.A., which achieved 53rd place in its category, and Ecuador’s Banco Internacional, which secured the 17th position in the large company category, marking it as category. Additionally, the highest-ranking Ecuadorian entity hospitality leader Accor secured the 82nd position in the top 100. Large Companies category. Accor attributes this to its ‘Heartist’ culture, which focuses on authenticity, inclusion, and professional development. In Colombia, a separate GPTW study on the ‘Work Environment in Barranquilla 2026’ found the city’s index to be ‘Very Satisfactory’ at 68 percentage points. Within this study, the company Triple A reported high satisfaction, with 98% of staff rating it as a great place to work.
