Overview

If the holiday work counts as a sixth day for five‑day workers, the shift may not exceed eight hours and the wage is increased by an extra 40 % on top of the 75 % premium. The guidance also covers exceptional operation on the holiday, granting both daily‑wage and salaried employees the combined extra daily wage and premium.
