Greek drama rollouts 2026: New series on ANT1, SKAI & Sigma

Greek broadcasters ANT1, SKAI, and Sigma have expanded their drama lineups with several new series. ANT1’s upcoming season features the period drama “Spiliades,” set in 1962 Syros. ~~The~~ Directed by Giorgos Papavasileiou and based on the book by Maria Georgiadou, the story follows Niki, a woman who loses her family, property, and identity after being lost at ~~sea and~~ sea. After being rescued, she begins a new life ~~through the love of~~ under a ~~man, only to face~~ different identity provided by a man who loves her, but tension arises when a her former best friend attempts to ~~steal~~ usurp her previous life. ANT1 is also launching “Derti,” a 1980s-set drama centered on a Patras nightclub, and continuing the police-thriller “Other Me” with its third season, “Némesis.” Further details have emerged regarding ~~ANT1’s~~ “Krino kai Agathi” (Lily & Thorn), a series set in 1959 Arcadia based on the Turkish drama “Aşk ve Mavi” (Love & Hate). The plot ~~centers on~~ follows Lefki, played by Anastasia Pantousi, ~~who~~ as she enters the life of Markos Arvanitis, played by Giorgos Gerontidakis, to seek revenge for her brother’s death. ~~The narrative explores the tension between Lefki’s vengeance and the romantic connection that develops between them, built upon “a foundation of lies and mistaken identities.”~~ SKAI has introduced “Blue Hours,” a high-budget thriller set in ~~Pelion involving a forbidden romance and a murder mystery.~~ Pelion. The network is also debuting “Antonis & Cleopatra,” a daily drama ~~focusing~~ created by Andreas Georgiou, Koullis Nikolaou, and Vana Dimitriou. The series focuses on the professional rivalry and romantic tension between two ~~lawyers, Antonis~~ lawyers: Antonis, a 35-year-old meticulous professional averse to marriage, and ~~Kleopatra Moraitis.~~ Kleopatra, a 33-year-old dynamic lawyer who prioritizes her career. Additionally, SKAI will premiere the daily program “Studio stis 3” on August ~~31, hosted by Nancy Zambetoglou and Thanasis Anagnostopoulos.~~ 31. In Cyprus, Sigma announced the daily series “Antónios kai Kleopátra,” a police mystery focusing on a couple confronting difficult secrets.
