Greek energy providers launch student electricity plans

Energy providers in Greece have introduced specialized electricity plans targeting the student demographic.

On August 27, Protergia, an energy provider from METLEN, launched the ‘Protergia Student Plan’. Priced at €19.90 per month, the program covers fixed charges and the first 115 kWh of monthly consumption. The plan includes lifestyle benefits such as discounts on SKY express airline tickets and various brand discounts through the Protergia Club.

Following this, on September 3, Enerwave, a company from HELLENiQ ENERGY, introduced the ‘My Wave Student+’ plan. This program offers a fixed rate of €20.99 per month for 12 months. It includes partner benefits valued at €100, such as fuel vouchers and retail points, alongside a 24/7 emergency home repair service and entry into a prize competition.
