GTCFX has appointed Abdulrahman Ahmed Al Ali as its new General Manager. Al Ali possesses over 12 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates’ financial services and capital markets sector, with specific expertise in financial regulation, corporate governance, and compliance. Prior to this appointment, Al Ali served as a Legal Specialist within the Enforcement Department of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)—now the Capital Market Authority (CMA)—from March 2014 to August 2026. The appointment is intended to strengthen leadership, drive sustainable growth, and enhance operational excellence and corporate governance within the firm. Following this, GTCFX announced the appointment of Charbel Raffoul as its new Chief Executive Officer. Raffoul brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic management. He previously served as the Chief Compliance Officer & Financial Crime at Equiti for over eight years and held senior leadership roles at ADS Securities, Alpari ME, and Swissquote. This appointment aims to strengthen executive leadership and support the company’s global growth strategy.
