Hatebreed announces ‘Fatal Paradox’ album and tour details
Overview
Hardcore metal band Hatebreed has announced the release of their ninth studio album, ‘Fatal Paradox’, scheduled for November 6 via the BLKIIBLK label, an imprint of Frontiers Label Group. Produced by Chris ‘Zeuss’ Harris, the album is expected to feature increased elements of thrash and intensity compared to their previous work, ‘Weight Of The False Self’.
Frontman Jamey Jasta has described the album’s themes as exploring the paradoxes of life and the necessity of experience to find meaning, comparing the navigation of life to a video game. Musically, Jasta noted the direction may share similarities with the band’s 2002 album ‘Perseverance’ and hinted at an accelerated release cycle for future music.
Recent updates include the release of the single ‘The Carrion Choir’, which uses dark imagery of vultures in its music video to represent themes of perseverance and resisting exploitation.
In addition to the album, the band has announced touring plans. As part of their ‘East Coast Assault On Europe Tour 2026’, Hatebreed will perform at Haus Auensee on November 14, preceded by an autograph session at the EMP store in Leipzig. The band also previously announced a series of European dates this fall with Life Of Agony and an opening slot for Slipknot on a 2027 stadium tour covering the UK and South America, supported by Marilyn Manson.
