The recruitment surge that began in May 2026 continues to broaden across India’s medical, research and para‑medical institutions. New notices add 56 junior‑resident slots at Diamond Harbour Government Medical College (West Bengal) and a part‑time homeopathy consultant role, while PGIMER opened Clinical Research Coordinator posts and ICMR’s NIIRNCD listed consultant and technical‑support vacancies with salaries up to ₹70,000. In June, JIPMER announced 89 senior‑resident positions across 27 departments, and Navi Mumbai’s Urban Primary Health Centres sought 39 specialist consultants on an honorarium basis. Janakpuri Super Speciality Hospital and ESIC Ranchi released faculty and senior‑resident contracts covering a wide salary range (₹1.95 million–₹3.05 million per month for senior academic posts). June also saw walk‑in recruitments for 34 Civil Assistant Surgeons in Kakinada and part‑time Medical Officers in Ranchi, as well as Junior Research Fellow appointments at JIPMER and the Regional Ayurveda Research Centre. July’s wave included ESIC walk‑in interviews for tutor, demonstrator and teaching‑faculty posts in Beltola and Pune, a large senior‑resident and contract‑faculty drive in Mumbai, and additional specialist and senior‑resident openings in Gwalior and Baddi. The National Health Mission added 108 para‑medical contracts in Giridih (Jharkhand) and a pharmacist vacancy in Durg (Chhattisgarh). Bemetara (Chhattisgarh) and ICMR Bhopal released further health‑sector positions, while Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital continued its junior‑resident walk‑ins. The latest notices from ESIC (Ranchi) and the Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College (Odisha) reaffirm the sustained effort to staff clinical, teaching and support roles through the second half of 2026, with application windows extending into August and salaries ranging from ₹8,800 to ₹3.05 million per month. Late July added a single Medical Officer vacancy at Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College (₹50,000/month) and a District Project Officer post in Gaya (₹36,000 plus allowances), both requiring offline applications by early August.
