Herbalife Vietnam has implemented nutritional support initiatives for various Vietnamese national athletic teams in preparation for international competitions. In August 2026, Herbalife Vietnam partnered with the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) for the ‘Fueling Vietnamese Football’ event. This initiative provided nutritional products and motivational support to the Vietnam Women's National Team and the U-23 National Team ahead of the 2026 Asian Games (ASIAD). Following this, in September 2026, Herbalife Vietnam collaborated with the Vietnam Paralympic Committee (VPC) to host specialized sports nutrition training at the Phu Tho Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City. Led by Dr. Vipada Sae-Lao, a nutrition expert for Herbalife in the Asia-Pacific region, the program titled “Sports Nutrition in Training, Competition, and Recovery” focused on advanced nutritional science, hydration, and recovery strategies specifically tailored for para-athletes and coaches preparing for international competitions in Japan. The training emphasized the necessity of personalized nutrition for para-athletes, noting that their physiological characteristics, energy expenditure, and movement mechanisms differ from able-bodied athletes. Key components included calculating precise nutrient needs based on individual physical traits, implementing strategic carbohydrate, protein, and electrolyte intake, and utilizing antioxidant-rich diets to support bone and muscle health and accelerate recovery.
