The 2026 Honda Bikers Day (HBD) national tour, themed ‘Legacy of Spirit’, began in Bandar Lampung, Sumatra, on September 26, 2026. Hosted by PT Tunas Dwipa Matra at PKOR Way Halim Field, the event served as the opening for a series of gatherings across Indonesia. The tour progressed through several major islands, including Kalimantan Timur on October 3 and South Sulawesi on October 17 at Pantai Akkarena in Makassar. The Makassar installment featured the ‘1000 Vario Evo Invasion’, a city rolling parade involving 1,000 riders on Honda Vario Evo 160 motorcycles. This regional event included musical performances by artists such as Last Child and DJ Aimee, alongside the ‘Legacy Competition’. Habib Permadi, Safety Riding & Community Supervisor for Asmo Sulsel, noted that the event focused on strengthening community bonds while prioritizing rider safety. The tour concluded with a national peak celebration at Panglima Jenderal Sudirman Field in Ambarawa, Central Java, on October 24, 2026. The finale gathered a total of 32,214 Honda motorcycle enthusiasts from across Indonesia, with 21,868 participants attending the peak celebration. Activities included the Honda Modif Contest (HMC) 2026, community talk shows, a 100-meter time trial, and musical performances by Guyon Waton and Denny Caknan. In addition to community activities, the Ambarawa event featured the soft launch of new FDR tires for the Honda Stylo and Vario 160 models. Throughout the series, organizers integrated local MSMEs (UMKM) and aimed to engage both the general public and the younger generation. Andy Wijaya, General Manager of Marketing Planning and Analysis at PT Astra Honda Motor, stated that HBD provides a space for multi-generational biker communities to “maintain brotherhood and pass positive spirits to the next generation.”
