Honor is showcasing its artificial intelligence and humanoid robotics technology through various international demonstrations. In Chengdu, China, the company hosted motorcycle racer Valentin Debise at its flagship store to demonstrate the ‘Honor Robot Phone’ and its humanoid robot, ‘Lightning’. The company is expanding these demonstrations globally. In Malaysia, Honor plans to debut debuted its self-developed A1 and D1 humanoid robots during the Malaysia Marathon 2026 and at the National Day parade in Putrajaya. During the marathon, the D1 robot completed a 10km route, setting what are described as Asia and ASEAN records for a humanoid robot completing such a distance. This event served as a test of the robot’s battery life, heat tolerance, and balance. The A1 robot participated in a 5km route. During the national parade, a humanoid robot drew attention by carrying a purple smartphone, which Honor confirmed is the upcoming HONOR X9e Pro, a device expected to feature improved durability and battery longevity. Additionally, Honor will participate in the LEAP 2026 technology event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to present its ‘Robot Phone’ and its broader AI ecosystem, focusing on the integration of smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
