Honor has officially launched its gaming-focused WIN ecosystem, following a series of announcements culminating in the ‘Honor WIN Esports Universe’ festival in Hangzhou. The ecosystem includes the WIN2 series smartphones—comprising the WIN2, WIN RT2, and WIN Turbo2 models—alongside the WIN Pad, wireless headphones, and specialized gaming controllers. The WIN2 series features varying performance tiers. The flagship WIN2 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (sixth generation) chip, a dual-fan active cooling system, and a 10,100mAh battery. The WIN RT2 utilizes a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, a 12,070mAh battery, and a 185Hz display with an integrated cooling fan. The WIN Turbo2 model features a Snapdragon 8s processor and a 12,070mAh battery, though it lacks an integrated cooling fan. The ecosystem is rounded out by the WIN Pad, which features an 8.4-inch 240Hz OLED screen and a 10,000mAh battery. Honor has further expanded the lineup with the Win Earphones, wireless earbuds designed for gamers. These feature a 40ms low latency, spatial audio algorithms for directional sound, and 12.4mm titanium-plated drivers. The earphones support LHDC 5.0, offer up to 55dB of active noise cancellation, and provide a battery life of up to 42 hours. They are priced at approximately 269 Yuan. Recent details regarding the flagship WIN 2 smartphone specify a 6.89-inch 185Hz OLED display and a battery supporting 100W wired and 80W wireless charging. Additionally, the Honor WIN Tablet is noted for an industry first: a built-in cooling fan capable of spinning at up to 15,000rpm.
