HRT talk show Ponovno zajedno controversy

Overview

HRT launched a new 11-episode talk show titled ‘Ponovno zajedno’, hosted by Daniela Trbović. The program was designed as a television time capsule, utilizing archival footage to allow guests to reflect on past work and the collective memory of Croatian television.

Following the premiere, which featured actors from the series ‘Bitange i princeze’, the show faced significant viewer backlash on social media. Critics expressed frustration regarding the use of subscription fees for what they characterized as repetitive and nostalgic programming, specifically citing a perceived lack of new, original content on the network.
