Huawei ZunJie luxury EV rollout

In late July 2026, Yadea Holding chairman Dong Jingui visited a HarmonyOS user centre in Shenzhen and bought three ZunJie S800 Grand Design luxury electric sedans, highlighting the model’s premium design, advanced intelligent features and its dominance in the D‑segment luxury‑car market.

A week later Huawei announced the launch of two new ZunJie flagship MPVs, the V680 and the larger V800. Both combine a 1.5‑litre turbocharged range‑extender engine with dual electric motors delivering 390 kW, four‑wheel drive and a 63 kWh CATL battery, and feature Huawei’s high‑level ADS intelligent‑driving system, extensive sensor arrays and premium interior amenities, with deliveries slated for September.

On 5 August 2026 Huawei held a launch event in Shenzhen for the V800 and V680. The V800 is offered in Premium (¥76.6 million), Executive (¥86.6 million) and Leader (¥101.6 million) trims, while the V680 starts at ¥64.8 million. Both models showcase dual‑million‑pixel projection headlights, a 5 032‑LED interactive tail‑light, a roll‑out star‑sky ceiling, multi‑zone climate and massage seats, and Huawei’s Sound Ultimate audio system. Built on a high‑strength steel‑magnesium‑aluminium body, they use a next‑generation autonomous‑driving platform upgradeable to L3. The launch follows ten months of market leadership by the S800 in the Chinese million‑yuan luxury sedan segment, making ZunJie the first Chinese brand to enter the million‑yuan MPV segment previously dominated by imported models. Deliveries of the V800 begin early September, with the V680 to follow by month‑end.
