Hungarian national sports teams have participated in various European championships across multiple disciplines. In senior ~~competitions,~~ basketball, the men’s ~~basketball~~ team advanced to the finals of the Slovenia Ball tournament following a 69-55 victory over Poland. After Poland equalized at 18-18 in a competitive first half, Hungary regained control with a 12-0 run. Bencze led the scoring with 18 points, while Konecsnyi contributed 9. This victory allows Hungary to face the runner-up of Group B in the finals. In gymnastics, Csenge Bácskay and Gréta Mayer qualified for the vault finals at the European Championships in ~~Zagreb, though~~ Zagreb. Conversely, the U16 basketball team lost 95-76 to North Macedonia during the B Division European Championship in Skopje.
