Prime Minister Péter Magyar announced that over 100 billion forints have been returned to the budget following investigations into companies such as Duna Aszfalt. To manage these processes, the National Asset Recovery and Protection Office (NVVH) is in the process of selecting leadership, with candidates including Miklós Ligeti, Anna Róza Unger, and Nicholas Sárvári undergoing parliamentary hearings. However, the selection process has faced scrutiny regarding transparency and the potential for political influence from parliamentary factions.
