HyperX, an HP-owned brand, has introduced a new lineup of gaming peripherals, highlighted by the unveiling of the Cloud Alpha Air. This product marks the company’s first open-back gaming headset, featuring a proprietary ‘Bass Tube’ system designed to maintain low-end frequencies while providing a wide, natural soundstage. Showcased during the ‘Level Awakening’ event and gamescom, the new collection also includes the Pulsefire Haste 3 Pro wireless gaming mouse and the SoloCast 2 Pro microphone. Josephine Tan, Senior Vice President and Head of Gaming Solutions at HP, noted that the brand aims to enhance player experiences through immersion and communication. Further details released regarding the Pulsefire Haste 3 Pro reveal it is a wireless mouse weighing 47 grams with a carbon fiber reinforced shell. The device features a sensor capable of up to 42,000 DPI and offers up to 150 hours of battery life at a 1,000 Hz polling rate.
