In early July 2026 the Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP) announced a free license for a document‑organizer document‑organiser software tool. The institute also held a third public hearing on the creation of a new Campus Jaçanã, unveiling two inaugural technical programmes – Electrotechnics and Computer Networks – and outlining next steps, including a facility‑use agreement with Axia Energia. Concurrently, IFSP opened registration for the Portuguese language assessment (July 29 – August 21), limiting the first 50 valid applications and requiring a 70 % pass rate for course validation in naturalisation processes.
