Indonesia is intensifying efforts to transition from a major consumer to a primary global supplier within the international halal market. While currently ranking fourth in the global halal industry ecosystem, the nation maintains a top global position in the modest fashion sector. To support this, the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) is promoting certification as an economic instrument to increase MSME competitiveness.
