This plan included designating specific access routes on Avenida das Esmeraldas, Avenida Brasil, and Rua Irineu Martins, as well as reversing traffic flow on Avenida Brasil to facilitate departures. Additionally, the city introduced extended public transportation services, with special bus lines operating until 2:00 AM.
