The recruitment wave for scientific and technical roles in India has expanded to include several major national laboratories and institutes. Recent activity has expanded across the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) and the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, with vacancies for Project Assistants, Senior Project Associates, and Project Scientists. Further institutional updates include a significant faculty recruitment drive at AIIMS Jodhpur for 190 Group ‘A’ faculty vacancies across 40 departments, including 113 Assistant Professor roles, with applications open until 12 September 2026. Selection for these roles will be based on bio-data shortlisting and personal interviews.
