Additional requirements include providing 24/7 medical assistance on or near campuses and ensuring timely scholarship disbursements.

Furthering its oversight of institutional quality, the NMC mandated that all medical colleges update faculty registration numbers on the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System. This measure aims to prevent the use of “ghost faculty” to secure seat approvals. Failure to comply with these digital attendance requirements will result in the automatic rejection of daily attendance records for teaching staff.
