As consumption patterns evolve, health considerations have emerged. Experts advise that pairing coffee with citrus fruits may trigger acid reflux, while combining it with fried foods may increase cardiovascular risks. Additionally, consuming coffee with milk may interfere with optimal calcium absorption.
