The Indonesian Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education ~~is managing~~ continues to manage various national student competitions and talent recognition programs. During the event, Minister Abdul Mu’ti emphasized fostering a scientific culture and encouraged students to use technology and artificial intelligence to address real-world issues like climate change and food security. Following public criticism regarding perceived decreases in award amounts for the 2026 ~~National Science Olympiad (OSN),~~ OSN, Minister Abdul Mu'ti announced plans to increase prize money for the 2027 competition.
