The municipality of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez continues to undergo administrative and developmental shifts regarding its infrastructure and public services. Following a personnel exchange between state and municipal governments, Mayor Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz appointed Leticia Vargas Tinajero to lead the Municipal Infrastructure and Social Development Directorate. Recent developments include an agreement between Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona and Mayor Navarro Muñiz to expand urban infrastructure, specifically through increased street lighting to enhance security and transit. The municipality is preparing a program to rehabilitate and replace 4,000 streetlights, which will incorporate QR codes to allow citizens to report maintenance requirements.
