Infrastructure investments and urban development in Pontevedra

Infrastructure and maintenance projects are being implemented across the Pontevedra region. Through the Plan +Provincia 2026-2027, which allocates 85 million euros to municipalities with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants, the Pontevedra Provincial Council has approved funding for road improvements in Gondomar and Salceda de Caselas. Additionally, environmental efforts are underway to renaturalize the Dos Gafos river through wastewater sanitation and the construction of pedestrian walkways.
