ING Türkiye digital banking service expansions
Overview
ING Türkiye has introduced several digital initiatives aimed at supporting entrepreneurs and corporate clients.
In September 2026, the bank launched the ‘Yeni İşim Hesabı’ (My New Business Account) package to assist new entrepreneurs and SMEs during their first year. This package includes features such as 24/7 free EFT and FAST transactions, fee-free SWIFT transfers, and access to the ‘İşim İçin Turuncu Hesap’ (Orange Account for My Business) for flexible cash flow management. Other incentives include cash rewards for using specific POS systems and advantages for e-document usage.
By October 2026, the bank expanded its digital offerings with a new document and instruction management service for corporate clients. Through the ‘Belgelerim’ (My Documents) menu in Corporate Internet Banking, legal entities can manage foreign trade documents and cash management instructions digitally. This system allows for end-to-end digital tracking of bulk payments, wire transfers, and EFT instructions, removing the requirement for physical branch visits.
