InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) continued its ongoing share‑buyback programme throughout mid‑2026. On 29 June the company repurchased 74,905 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Goldman Sachs International at an average price of £172.89, bringing the outstanding count to 149,038,971 (excluding about 5.43 million treasury shares). A week later, on 3 July, IHG bought 38,645 shares at an average $166.44, reducing the issue to 148,855,326 shares.
