Following a police report filed on August 26, CCTV footage released by JTBC depicts Seungri acting aggressively while holding a soju bottle. The complainant, identified as Person A, alleges that Seungri made death threats, stating, ‘Killing just one of you is not difficult at all,’ and attempted to strike him with the bottle. The victim further claims he was physically assaulted and prevented from leaving the premises by Seungri and two companions. Seungri and his legal representative, attorney Yoon Jae-bin, have denied all criminal charges. While admitting that Seungri picked up a liquor bottle during a heated verbal exchange, the defense maintains that no physical contact or assault occurred. They contend the confrontation began when Person A repeatedly ignored requests to leave after attempting to propose a business plan.
