He also criticized the broader use of administrative detention against settlers in the West Bank, echoing calls from Knesset members and Likud leaders for an end to such orders. On August 11, 2026, the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court ordered the immediate and unconditional release of Dradik following his 38-day hunger strike. Judge Amir Shaked granted the request made by Dradik’s legal team, which argued the detention was unlawful because the underlying administrative order was invalid and could not be legally implemented. Following the release, representatives from the Honenu organization criticized the use of administrative orders against settlers, describing the incident as a “black flag” on the commander.
