Italian football league match updates

Overview

Preparations for upcoming Italian football matches continue, with FBC Gravina preparing to face Francavilla in Sinni following a draw against Nardò. Gravina holds 12 points and remains near the promotion zone, though they face challenges with a low scoring rate, having recorded only four goals in seven matches.

In a significant development in Serie C Group C, Giugliano secured a 3-1 comeback victory against Foggia in the tenth round. Although Foggia took an early lead through a goal by Ravasio in the 17th minute, Giugliano responded with goals from Balde, De Rosa, and Esposito to overturn the score.

The match was the first under the temporary guidance of Luca Tulino, who stepped in as a technical collaborator following the dismissal of head coach Raffaele Di Napoli. Following the win, the club has reportedly decided to maintain confidence in Tulino, planning to keep him in charge through at least the upcoming match against Catania. This decision follows reports that negotiations for former Napoli defender Paolo Cannavaro to take the position fell through.
