Italian mobile operator service offers

Overview

In late July 2026, mobile operators in Italy announced various service offers. The virtual MVNO Spusu extended its flagship plans, including the Spusu 150 XL and the Spusu 200 XL 5G, through August 31, 2026.

During the same period, Iliad launched several fixed-price mobile contracts. By mid-August, Iliad introduced the ‘Top 30 Mondo’ plan, priced at 12.99 euros per month, which provides 300 GB of data and 30 GB of roaming data across more than 110 countries. This plan includes unlimited minutes and SMS within Italy and the European Union, and can be activated until September 10, 2026, subject to a 9.99 euro SIM activation fee. Other Iliad tiers offer varying data amounts ranging from 150 GB to 250 GB, with some plans providing eligibility for discounted fiber-optic services.

On August 25, 2026, Iliad expanded its offerings with the ‘TOP 230’ plan. This 5G mobile plan provides 230 GB of data for 9.99 euros per month, including unlimited minutes, SMS, and VoLTE technology. The offer includes 18 GB of roaming data for use within the European Union and is available for activation until October 29, 2026.

By late August, Kena Mobile and Lyca Mobile introduced new 5G bundles priced at 6.99 euros per month. Kena Mobile’s ‘Kena Unlimited Promo’ offers 600 GB of 5G data for two months, including 7.5 GB of EU roaming data, available until September 2. Lyca Mobile launched the ‘Italy Pink’ online-only plan, providing 200 GB of 5G data, unlimited minutes, and 100 SMS, with 11 GB of roaming data covering the EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Moldova.
