In Treviso, a Contarina waste collection truck caught fire on Via Fonderia; General Manager Michele Rasera stated the blaze was triggered by “numerous incorrectly disposed spray cans” within the waste load. Meanwhile, in Rome, a vegetation fire near the Magliana Viaduct affected brush and reeds near the Fiumicino airport highway access ramps. Due to visibility concerns, the Magliana Bridge was closed at Via Isacco Newton, necessitating the diversion of five Atac bus lines. These events illustrate a pattern of isolated road‑fire incidents across different Italian regions, each prompting swift emergency responses and temporary traffic disruptions.
