Following this, the agency introduced the ‘Turismo Accessibile per tutti – TA4ALL’ project. Through experimental concessions lasting between 6 and 50 years, the project seeks to repurpose historic ~~properties—such as~~ properties to serve seniors and people with disabilities. The agency has officially launched tenders for the TA4ALL project, targeting private investors and Third Sector entities to requalify buildings to meet the needs of those requiring specialized services. The first seven properties selected for these tenders include the former Caserma Magnolini ~~and~~ in Gargnano, Villino Rossi in Schio, the former Caserma De Amicis in Sulmona, the former Convento San ~~Bonaventura—to serve seniors~~ Bonaventura in Caltagirone, the former judicial prison in Reggio Calabria, Casa Nappi in Loreto, and ~~people with disabilities.~~ the former Casa del Fascio in Settecamini, which is expected to be added to the list shortly.
