Additional pilots include chromium‑reduction at the former Carnielli site and a property‑valuation study for the ex‑Piave barracks. On 3 August 2026 Visso completed the installation of its fifteen‑camera surveillance network, adding OCR licence‑plate reading and a 360‑degree camera in Piazza Maria Cappa. The €48,000 project, fully funded by the comune, was presented by Mayor Rosella Sensi as a deterrent against theft and “sciacallaggio” and to support police investigations. Together, these actions illustrate a coordinated push by local governments to enhance safety, sport facilities and urban infrastructure as part of ongoing regeneration efforts across Italy.
