Italian volleyball has seen activity across different competitive levels. In Serie B, Group E, the Città di Castello team secured a victory in their debut at Pala Joan, supported by a crowd of at least 800 fans. On a national scale, the 31st edition of the Italian Women’s Volleyball Supercup was hosted in Bari at the Palaflorio. In the final, Prosecco Doc A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano faced Savino Del Bene Volley (Scandicci). Conegliano entered the match as the winner of both the Serie A1 and the Coppa Italia for the 2025-2026 season, while Savino Del Bene Volley was competing in its first-ever Supercup appearance. Conegliano secured their ninth Italian Supercup title with a 3-1 comeback victory. After losing the first set 23-25, Conegliano rallied to win the subsequent sets 25-18, 26-24, and 26-24. Isabelle Haak was named MVP, leading her team with 28 points, while Kiera Van Ryk scored 27 points for Scandicci. Other notable contributors for Conegliano included Zhu Ting with 17 points, Sarah Fahr with 14, and Gabi with 10. This victory marks the 32nd trophy in the club's history and the eighth Supercup for coach Daniele Santarelli. The sold-out event marked the return of a major national volleyball competition to the Puglia region after more than twenty years. Following the Supercup win, Conegliano returned to the Italian Championship to face Megabox. Coach Daniele Santarelli noted the team's high motivation but cautioned that Megabox was in strong form, having won four consecutive matches. Conegliano entered the league play in second place with 12 points, having won all four of its opening matches without dropping a set.
