Italian volleyball teams are conducting preseason training and test matches to prepare for upcoming competitions. On September 15, Granda Volley held a joint training session with Igor Gorgonzola Novara. Novara won the five-set scrimmage 4-1, though Granda Volley secured the fifth set 15-13. Granda Volley coach Tisci indicated that the team must improve their match approach and reduce early errors to compete effectively against high-level opponents. By September 19, Igor Volley concluded its final preseason test with a 2-2 draw against Vero Volley Milano in Monza. This match served as preparation for the Courmayeur Cup. After losing the first two sets, Igor Volley rallied to win the subsequent two sets, featuring a strong performance by Kaja Grobelna. In the Courmayeur Cup, Vero Volley Milano emerged as the champions, defeating Prosecco Doc A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano ~~advanced to~~ 3-1 in the ~~final by defeating~~ final.
