JBL has introduced new portable Bluetooth speaker models featuring advanced connectivity and lighting. The Pulse 6 was launched in China, featuring a 360-degree LED lighting system, 40W total output, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It supports Bluetooth 6.0 and Auracast. Following this, JBL announced a collaboration with Supreme for a limited edition JBL Go 5 speaker. This model, part of Supreme’s 2026 Fall/Winter collection, features a signature red design and maintains core specifications such as a 4.8W driver, IP68 rating, and up to 10 hours of battery life. Further details on the Pulse 6 reveal it utilizes a two-way system with a 64mm woofer and a 16mm tweeter. The device introduces ‘AI Sound Boost’ technology to analyze audio in real-time for optimized performance and minimized distortion. The 360-degree light show is powered by 216 LEDs and extends to an integrated carrying handle. Users can access 16 different lighting themes via the JBL One app, including a ‘sunset mode’ and a bedside lamp function. The speaker supports lossless audio playback through a built-in DAC and USB-C port, and provides up to 12 hours of playtime from its 34Wh battery.
