Jenelle Evans and David Eason legal disputes

Jenelle Evans and her ex-husband, David Eason, have been involved in ongoing legal and personal disputes following their July 2025 divorce settlement. Evans recently announced via Instagram that she had an SUV belonging to Eason towed from her property, describing the vehicle as “#NotMyProblem”. This action follows previous legal filings by Evans seeking to hold Eason in contempt of court for failing to meet financial obligations related to his awarded vehicle.

In a separate incident on August 18, a 911 call was placed from Evans’ Florida residence. Evans requested a police escort to remove Eason from her property after an argument regarding a lease and personal belongings. Evans stated she called emergency services to prevent escalation, noting she provided police with an active no-contact order. While a detective visited the home to take statements, no charges were filed. Evans expressed frustration that officers “did not help me at all that day” and indicated she intends to seek an extension of her no-contact order. Eason released a statement noting he would focus on his music rather than defending himself.
