British blues-rock artist Joanne Shaw Taylor released the single ‘You And Me (Rachel’s Song)’, a tribute to her best friend, as part of her upcoming studio album, ‘The Trouble With Love’. Following the single, Taylor announced that the full album, produced by Kevin Shirley and featuring guest appearances by Joe Bonamassa on the title track and guitarist Orianthi on ‘What Good Is My Love?’, will be released on October 23 via Journeyman Records. The 10-track album includes a cover of Celeste’s ‘This Is Who I Am’ and explores themes of heartbreak, friendship, and personal growth. To support the release, Taylor has scheduled an eight-date UK tour for May 2027, covering cities including London, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, and Birmingham. Additionally, she will embark on a fall tour in the United States starting October 28 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, featuring opening acts Bywater Call and Robert Jon & The Wreck. On October 24, 2026, ‘The Trouble With Love’ was officially released via Journeyman Records. The 10-track collection, produced by Kevin Shirley, blends blues, rock, soul, and Americana. Alongside the album launch, Taylor debuted the single ‘Never Gonna Please ‘Em All’ with an official music video. The track is described as a “defiant declaration of independence” regarding social pressures placed upon women.
