The ‘Jova Summer Party’ tour continues its progression through Southern Italy. Following the ‘Jova Giro’ bicycle segment through Basilicata and Calabria, the tour moved to Sicily in late August, where Jovanotti performed in Palermo. The tour arrived in Naples for a scheduled concert at the Agnano Hippodrome on 5 September. To manage the sold-out event, local authorities implemented an extraordinary mobility plan requested by the Naples Police Headquarters and Prefecture. This included closing the Agnano exit of the Naples Tangenziale to most vehicles and extending Metro Line 2 service until 4:00 AM to prevent congestion and ensure public safety. On 5 September, approximately 40,000 fans attended the Naples performance, which featured guest artists Enzo Avitabile, the Bottari, and Planet Funk. While the concert was a musical success, the event faced logistical difficulties, including significant traffic congestion in the Fuorigrotta area. The tour reached its finale in Rome with a double concert at the Circo Massimo on 12 and 13 September, titled ‘L’Arca di Loré’. The events drew approximately 45,000 spectators per night, with a total of 100,000 tickets sold for the Roman dates.
