The Jovanotti ‘Jova Summer Party’ concert scheduled for August 17, 2026, in Barletta has been canceled following the discovery of asbestos fragments at the ex Cartiera site. Environmental sampling by Arpa Puglia identified the presence of asbestos at the former paper mill. Fans seeking refunds may request them through TicketOne, Ticketmaster, or Ciaotickets between August 20 and September 3; after this deadline, tickets will no longer be eligible for reimbursement. The Southern Adriatic Sea Port Authority has made the Marisabella area available for the rescheduled date, viewing the event as a significant opportunity for regional promotion.
