Junior Achievement youth entrepreneurship programs

Overview

Junior Achievement has implemented various youth entrepreneurship initiatives across El Salvador and Argentina.

In El Salvador, the ‘La Compañía’ program at Campus JA enables students to develop business ideas through mentorship from the ‘Sabios & Expertos’ program. In Argentina, the ‘Aprender a emprender’ program in Santa Fe has trained 479 students in financial and management skills, leading to a capitalization round at the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario where 12 projects sold shares.

Expanding these efforts in Argentina, Junior Achievement Córdoba, Mercado Libre, and the Córdoba Government launched ‘Socios Emprendedores’. This specific alliance focuses on helping young entrepreneurs in the Córdoba province transition to digital marketplaces through e-commerce and soft skills training.
