The US-based power metal band Kamelot has announced the release of released its fourteenth studio album, titled ‘Dark Asylum’. Initial announcements detailed Asylum’, via Napalm Records. Produced by Sascha Paeth and Jacob Hansen, the 15-track concept album follows a narrative set in the fictional RavenHill Asylum, a location where science, faith, and madness intersect. The story explores themes of isolation, identity, and psychological transformation. Following the release of singles such as ‘Ashen World’ and ‘Godlike Alchemy’, with the latter described by final single, ‘Sanctuary’, features a vocal trio consisting of frontman Tommy Karevik as a track that ‘encapsulates the overarching theme Karevik, Clémentine Delauney of Dark Asylum’. The album, produced by Sascha Paeth, follows a narrative involving a soul searching for truth and redemption within a fictional location called ‘RavenHill’.
