The Karnataka Department of School Education and Literacy and the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) have released various examination schedules for the 2026-27 academic cycle. In September 2026, the government released the Summative Assessment 1 (SA1) mid-term timetable for students in Classes 1 through 10. For Class 10 (SSLC) students, these assessments were scheduled between September 23 and September 30, 2026. By October 2026, the KSEAB issued tentative schedules for the 2027 SSLC and 2nd PUC examinations. The 2nd PUC Exam 1 is slated for February 27 to March 17, 2027, while the 2nd PUC Exam 2 (improvement/supplementary) is scheduled for April 30 to May 13, 2027. The SSLC Exam 1 is tentatively set to run from March 22 to April 5, 2027. In mid-October 2026, the KSEAB commenced online registration for Class 10 students appearing for the SSLC exams. Schools are mandated to complete these registrations via the official KSEAB website by November 11, 2026.
