The Lifetimes Tour – Live From Paris concert film was announced for a worldwide theatrical rollout beginning on 2 September 2026, with screenings planned in 70 countries and IMAX venues. The film, captured with a 60‑camera setup during Perry’s two‑night Paris performances, follows a tour that spanned 91 shows in 23 countries, grossing over $134 million. After the announcement, the film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2026. Directed by Paul Dugdale, the 25‑song edit—including “Firework,” “Roar,” and “I Kissed a Girl”—is slated for limited‑run showings at more than 150 theatres across the United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, France, Australia and other markets during the week of 2 September. Tickets become available on 30 July, giving fans worldwide a chance to experience Perry’s largest tour on the big screen. Proceeds support the Firework Foundation and the UK Music Venue Trust. Two days after the initial release announcement, the film’s debut was highlighted alongside Perry’s criticism of the White House, which had used her 2010 hit “Firework” in a TikTok video showing U.S. strikes on Iranian targets. Perry said the song was used without permission and conflicted with its hopeful message, raising a public dispute while the film entered cinemas globally.
