Following the late August 2026 announcements regarding the Ninja ZX-25R series, electric vehicle updates, and the Ninja 1100SX, Kawasaki has expanded its 2027 model year rollout across international markets. In India, Kawasaki launched the 2027 Ninja 500, priced at ₹5.76 lakh (ex-showroom), featuring a 451cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine. Kawasaki Motors Japan has also detailed several 2027 models scheduled for sale at Kawasaki Plaza locations starting October 1, 2026. The middle-class segment includes the Versys 650 and the Vulcan S urban runner. In the super naked category, the Z900 and Z900 SE will ~~debut, with~~ debut. The Z900 features a 948cc inline four-cylinder engine and utilizes the ‘Sugomi’ design concept, characterized by sharp, angular lines and a crouched stance. It includes electronic throttle control, an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), and smartphone app integration. The Z900 is priced at 1,485,000 yen, while the premium SE ~~variant including~~ variant, which includes Brembo brakes and Öhlins ~~suspension.~~ rear suspension, is priced at 1,661,000 yen. Further updates include aesthetic refreshes for the Ninja 1100SX and Versys 1100, while the Ninja H2 is expected to return to the European market with a 998cc supercharged engine calibrated to 197 hp to meet Euro5+ standards. Expanding its entry-level offerings, Kawasaki has confirmed the continued availability of the Ninja 125 and Z125 for 2027. Both models are designed for riders with A1 category licenses. The Ninja 125 is a small sportbike featuring a 125cc engine producing 14 hp, a 37 mm telescopic fork, and ABS. The Z125 utilizes the same engine and chassis technology but follows a naked bike configuration using the brand’s ‘Sugomi’ design language, offering a different ergonomic profile with an optional seat that is 25 mm lower.
