Detroit Lions safety Kerby Joseph has been managing a knee injury that limited his availability during the 2025 season. Following his placement on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, external speculation arose regarding the severity of the injury, with some analysts suggesting potential long-term health risks that could impact his career. More recent updates from head Head coach Dan Campbell indicate has noted that Joseph’s rehabilitation is progressing well, though he is the player has also currently been managing a personal issue. He Joseph, who missed the final 11 games of the previous season due to knee problems, is expected reportedly on a similar recovery timeline to return later in teammate Brian Branch, who is rehabbing a torn Achilles.
