Greek club Kifisia staged two pre‑season friendlies in the Netherlands. On 29 July ~~2026~~ 2026, they drew 1‑1 with Belgian side Westerlo after Jorge Pompo’s free‑kick gave Kifisia the lead and Amado Lapaz equalised in stoppage time; goalkeeper Alex Anagnostopoulos also saved a penalty. Four days later, on 2 August, Kifisia lost 3‑0 to Dutch side Vaalbeek, with goals from Jochen Nap, Jetse van de Haar and Rain van Hente, while coach Sebastiaan Leto fielded an experimental defensive setup due to several absences.
