Kraków is implementing various infrastructure and utility investment initiatives. In September 2026, the Kraków water utility, Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa, announced a 111 million PLN investment program for 2026–2027. Furthering this focus on educational infrastructure, the city is investing heavily in school expansions. Notable projects include a 64.7 million PLN expansion of School and Kindergarten Complex No. 15 on Grochowa Street, expected to be operational by 2026, and a 65.4 million PLN expansion of Primary School No. 54 on Tyniecka Street to accommodate 600 students.
